Gaja Gamini is a full length film which Husain describes as a "cinematic essay of Indian womanhood" enacted by Madhuri Dixit.

The script of the Film has been published in book form: Art and Cinema.

The 200 page, 32 cms square book contains a hand written script and a visual storyboard.

The Book, with over 70 serigraphs in brilliant colour - 35 of them full page, another 25 double page, and about a dozen gate-fold/three pages - is a limited edition of only 1000 copies with each copy individually numbered.

An audio cassette, of the theme music of the Film and the script in Husain's voice, is included.
